Ground durum wheat, famous as the key ingredient of pasta, is used to make bulghur, to which quinoa and dried tomatoes have been added. The subtle tartness of the tomato base and the chewy, crunchy texture of the bulghur and quinoa make this an addictive dish.
Just heat it up in the microwave or fry it in a pan, and you can easily enjoy authentic bulghur pilaff. Makes a great breakfast. Contains 250g, enough for 2 servings.
